Items purchased from bluebirdboutique.com are eligible for exchange or return for store credit or refunded to the original form of payment within 14 days of the date the merchandise was received. Merchandise returned after 14 days will be accepted at the discretion of bluebird boutique. Returns/exchanges will NOT be accepted after 30 days.
Please email info@bluebirdboutique with your order information for approval to return/exchange an item. Once approved, we will email you a USPS return shipping label to you. Returned merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed, and must have all tags attached. Footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition. Merchandise returned without the original tags, worn or damaged will not qualify for a refund.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
