Return Policy
All 'sale' and jewelry items are considered FINAL sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. No exceptions will be made.
For items purchased from bluebirdboutique.com, you have the option to exchange or return them for store credit or a refund to the original form of payment within 10 days from the date of receiving the merchandise. Please note that bluebird boutique reserves the right to accept returns/exchanges after the 10-day period at their discretion. However, returns/exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days.
To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to info@bluebirdboutique.com with your order information for approval. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a USPS return shipping label. Please ensure that the returned merchandise is unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and still has all tags attached. If you are returning footwear, the original shoebox must be included in its original condition. Merchandise that is returned without the original tags, or is worn or damaged, will not be eligible for a refund.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
